The I36VLH1 incubator is frequently used for mosquitos and other insects, low light algae growth, or low cost seed germination. Interior / exterior of smooth white galvanized steel with foamed-in-place non-CFC insulation and a stainless-steel floor for corrosion resistance. A pan-type humidifier and standard humidity sensor provides additive humidity.Five white epoxy coated steel wire shelves adjustable in ½” increments. Self-contained air-cooled condensing unit with hot gas bypass system for continuous compressor operation extends life, ensuring precise temperature control by alternately cycling refrigerant and hot gas to coil; this also prolongs life of compressor, and eliminates risk of ice build up in coil. Electron Microscopy Sciences Oven Incubator 240 V
This Oven/Incubator with an aluminum inner chamber, and venting will provide many years of long service in busy labs. The cast aluminum chamber provides for dependable temperature uniformity and the vent efficiently expels moisture and vapors. The unit has a magnetic latch that assures positive door closure and a thermometer port at the top of the oven that accommodates any partial immersion thermometer. The unit heats up rapidly (56 degree C in 9 minutes) and comes with a removable shelf.
